New clients can begin the process by submitting a client inquiry form through our website. Once your information is received, we will review your request and contact you to discuss scheduling and next steps.

Standard therapy sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, unless otherwise discussed.

Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic process. All sessions and client information are kept private in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable laws. There are a few legal exceptions to confidentiality, which will be explained during the intake process.
