  • New clients can begin the process by submitting a client inquiry form through our website. Once your information is received, we will review your request and contact you to discuss scheduling and next steps.

  • Standard therapy sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, unless otherwise discussed.

  • Yes. Confidentiality is an important part of the therapeutic process. All sessions and client information are kept private in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable laws. There are a few legal exceptions to confidentiality, which will be explained during the intake process.
